    The openmp developers from Intel finally committed their complete cmake infrastructure for building openmp into trunk.

This replaces the placeholder cmake support that I submitted earlier. Since this can be considered as numerous bug fixes to the initial cmake build support in openmp branch_35, would be okay to commit the official cmake support in that branch as well?

ps Considering that the openmp build isn't integrated into the llvm build infrastructure yet and that clang still defaults -fopenmp to gomp, the changes will have zero impact on the rest of llvm.
