I think its relatively unlikely or the bug is in a system component:
this test is run as part of all nightly test runs on Darwin since I
committed it, and we have never seen it randomly fail in a nightly
test build. My guess is the failure is either system dependent or
dependent on being run while the machine has a very high workload.

But, I would certainly love to know why it is failing as well so if
you want to look further feel free. It might also be worth talking to
Greg on the runtime team.
