[llvm-testresults] smoosh-01 nightly tester results

It appears that a lot of C++ tests have been failing on smoosh-01, for  
a very very long time (sometime in mid december). This is probably a  
configuration issue on smoosh-01, or in the way the tests are run. I  
will try to look, at some point....

I think the regressions in question were fixed.
