This appears to be clang miscompiling itself. A number of tests are failing with a stack trace in clang::Lexer::LexTokenInternal.

My patch is a likely candidate, except I am pretty sure I did this exact test before committing.

If nobody has a better idea for the miscompilation, please go ahead and revert my patch.
