[llvm-testresults] Build using GCC 4.2.0 RC3 on Linux x86 32 Bit

Either way is fine. I usually do prelim testing so I can flush out obvious 
bugs and get people to fix them or decide to not fix (XFAIL or whatever). 
That give other developers a baseline when running their tests. Plus, I 
also like people to test llvm-gcc binaries.
