I am not planning on applying, but I was curious about the use of Google 
Forms.  It appears that the page is accessible only to people with a 
Google account.  Please can you confirm that it is Foundation policy 
that only people who are willing to agree to Google's conditions of 
service and privacy policy are permitted to apply for the board?
