[llvm-devmeeting] Regarding the wait list

Unfortunately we have not been able to increase the attendance due to increasing costs from expanding this to a 2 day event. So for now, our attendance is still capped at 300. We encourage anyone who can not attend, to please cancel and free up your spot for another person. If we have any cancellations, we will be filling those slots from the wait list.
