I am sending this letter to query a generic question about GSoD application. <span style="font-family:Calibri,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12pt">GSoD requires each applicant to submit a project proposal [1].  Does LLVM community expect applicants to
 publicly discuss their proposals in this maillist? At least I know that this is the way many open source orgs use in Google Summer of Code program. </span></div>
