[llvm-dev] PowerPC Compiler Crash

These are the GCC levels on the PowerPC bot machines.

Ubuntu: gcc version 5.4.0 20160609 (Ubuntu/IBM 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.11)

RHEL: gcc version 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-36) (GCC)
