[llvm-dev] GitHub Access Request

Apparently, it seems we need to update:
http://llvm.org/docs/DeveloperPolicy.html#obtaining-commit-access-to-the-github-repository
to reflect the new process.
I have no idea what the new process is, so I'm not suggesting a patch! :)
