[llvm-dev] Building/Running LLVM Tests with Sanitizers

Thanks Vitaly and Peter,

I went with a modified version of the instructions from https://github.com/google/sanitizers/wiki/MemorySanitizerBootstrappingClang — that’s a very helpful set of instructions!
