[llvm-dev] IMPORTANT: LLVM.org server move complete (SVN impact please read)

These errors come from my Mac and Linux machines:

svn, version 1.9.4 (r1740329)
   compiled Apr 10 2017, 20:36:46 on x86_64-apple-darwin15.0.0

svn, version 1.8.13 (r1667537)
   compiled Jul 16 2015, 09:05:14 on x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu
