[llvm-dev] [libcxx] How to compile libcxx with Clang for Windows

Libcxx doesn't currently build for Windows or Cygwin.  I had the same 
question just recently on the cfe-dev list ( 
http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/cfe-dev/2016-February/047287.html ).
