Alright, let's be specific. PPC64TargetInfo::relocateOne in tools/lld/ELF/Target.cpp has this:

I don't feel like I need a special spider sense to tell me that this is a suboptimal bit of logic duplication. My primary reuse objective is to get rid of this duplicated logic for how to process relocations. There might be other opportunities as well (e.g. the logic to create stub functions and thunks).
