[llvm-dev] Import library is not installed

Hi,

When I build clang with LLVM_EXPORT_SYMBOLS_FOR_PLUGINS on and then
install, the import library clang.lib is not installed to
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX\lib.

Is this intended?
