[LLVMdev] Buildslaves that need clobbering

Hi Zachary,

You can force a clean build from the Web UI.
For this particular builder, go to
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/lldb-x86-windows-msvc
and fill up the build request form. To get a clean build you need to
specify the "clean" property with the value True or 1.
