[llvm-dev] Buildbot run included revision list question

I noticed that if a buildbot run includes changes from a sub-project 
like compiler-rt it will show up like this in the status:

Revision	255259
Got Revision	255262

255262 was an update to several test cases in compiler-rt.  But the 
sub-project revision will not be listed in the "All Changes:" section. 
So if the test case changes cause a problem will the author be informed 
or not?
