[LLVMdev] Phabricator is confused about zorg commits (Was: Error Processing Mail (No Receivers))

Hey Manuel,

I made a couple of commits to the zorg repo today, and reviews.llvm.org
sent me mail like the following for each commit:

reviews at reviews.llvm.org writes:
> Your email to Phabricator was not processed, because an error occurred while

I'm guessing this is a configuration issue in phabricator.
