[LLVMdev] MCJIT code owner nomination

Thanks Andy and Eric.

If it's all right with the rest of the community, I would be happy to
become code owner of MCJIT.

Courtesy of Andy and others we already have some impressive JIT support in
LLVM. and I'm very excited to build on that.
