[LLVMdev] insert-optimal-edge-profiling does not work

insert-optimal-edge-profiling does not work with opt.
I tried to optimize the program using opt -insert-optimal-edge-profiling
but it does work.

How can I optimize my program with insert-optimal-edge-profiling?
