[LLVMdev] Periodic Server Restarts

Dear All,

We'll be testing another solution for removing some files from the SVN
repository starting tomorrow at 8:00 am Central Daylight time. This
particular solution will be testing the use of access control to
effectively prevent the files from being downloaded during SVN
operations. The good news is that the SVN repository will (more or
less) stay up during the procedure. However, there might be occasional
restarts of the web server during the day, and it's possible that access
to the repository could be temporarily denied while I fine-tune the
access controls.

Committing to the repository should be fine (since the web server should
flush out all pending requests before shutting down and restarting), but
if you're the paranoid type, you might want to go easy on SVN commits on
Friday.
