[LLVMdev] location of FormattedStream.h

Hi!

just a minor thing:

FormattedStream.h is in llvm/Support/FormattedStream.h
and not in llvm/CodeGen/FormattedStream.h, therefore
the comment at the beginning of the file has to be changed.
