[LLVMdev] llvm-ar's q operation

I'm not sure how this happened, but llvm-ar q doesn't work, even if
llvm-ar.cpp has relevant codes.

As the developer policy said "you are allowed to commit patches
without approval which you think are obvious", I did. The patch
follows, just in case.
