[LLVMdev] 1.9 Prerelease Available for Testing

Tanya,

You asked some questions below. I don't know the answer. I'm in the
middle of trying a compiler upgrade to 4.0.3 so I can't answer the
questions right now. I'll try to get this all recompiled with 4.0.3 by
COB tomorrow.
