[LLVMdev] Trailing whitespace removal complete

Dear LLVMers,

The "trailing whitespace removal" part of the "spring cleaning" of the
LLVM codebase is complete.  Feel free to update, but you should know
that it'll force a compete rebuild of your tree.

Nate "Sampo" Begeman asked for some fun stats, so I've calculated that
the size of the codebase has decreased by 0.256% or 19kb as a result of
this change.
