<p>I believe this is causing problems with neon code. I've put together a reproducer, apologies if it's a bit long, it's reduced from auto generated code. From what I understand, it should be (and used to) print:</p>

but now prints:<br>

00000000ffffffff 564c00000000ffff 0000000000000001<br>
