Reapply: Teach SROA how to update debug info for fragmented variables.<br>
This also rolls in the changes discussed in <a href="http://reviews.llvm.org/D6766" target="_blank">http://reviews.llvm.org/D6766</a>.<br>
Defers migrating the debug info for new allocas until after all partitions<br>
are created.<br>
