This patch takes out the "Hack" from the STO routines.<br>

This patch exposes the fact that we use the TargetStreamer method for STO in AsmPrinter and not in AsmParser. This needs to be fixed, but this patch is just an exercise in refactoring that changes no real functionality.<br>
