The reason I need to upstream this patch is that the work of my colleague depends on these instructions.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The implementation of this patch follows the existing code of AArch64 NEON instructions and ARM target.
