Just model the EF_MIP_ARCH_ASE_M16 change along with the Target specific code that will test for it. Look at EF_MIPS_ARCH_ASE_MICROMIPS setting as an example. I can review the change and test case.<br>
<br>
Leave out E_MIPS_ABI_O32 unless there is shown to be a current use for it.<br>
