Hi,<div><br></div><div>Fairly faithful conversion from HTML to RST.  Changes are:</div><div><br></div><div>   1. A few missing code blocks have been added (around CMAKE variables).</div><div>   2. The footer, containing last updated stuff, has been removed.  This may be an error, in which case I'll happily add it again.</div>
<div>   3. All examples of the form "% Windows-command arguments" have been changed to "C:\...> Windows-command arguments" as there are no percent signs on Windows :)</div><div>   4. Some extranous trailing whitespace in userguides.rst was removed (by my editor, before I could do anything about it).<br>
