So `CreateAddrSpaceCast` and `CreatePointerBitCastOrAddrSpaceCast` aren't strict equivalents,
but it still seems that uses of `CreatePointerBitCastOrAddrSpaceCast` can be substituted with `CreateAddrSpaceCast`.
