[PATCH] D149743: [RISCV][CodeGen] Support Zdinx on RV32 codegen

1. Use `getOffset() % 8 == 0`
2. Use `Lo` instead of `Operand 1` in `BuildMI(MBB,MBBI,DL,TII->get(RISCV::SW))`
