LOG: Revert "[SLPVectorizer] Pre-commit a test for D85759"

This reverts commit 94791970de109eb9a6b296825ddb0fc2a196b366.

The test is failing on multiple bots, event though it passes for me
locally. Reverting while I investigate further.
