[llvm] bfed824 - [llvm-cov] Add option to whitelist filenames

I've reverted this commit as the test appears to fail on sanitizer and
non-sanitizer buildbots, e.g.
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/sanitizer-x86_64-linux-fast/builds/36140
