[compiler-rt] r346215 - [sanitizer] Use AT_EXECFN in ReExec() if available

It looks like a variety of buildbots just don't build those tests -- the
ps4 buildbot at least builds compiler-rt and makes check-all, but not this
particular element. (This isn't my area of expertise alas).

If there isn't a patch incoming would you be able to revert? Our internal
CI is snagging on this.
