[llvm] r342631 - [IR] Add a boolean field in DILocation to know if a line must covered or not

This seems worth having a new thread on llvm-dev or cfe-dev and we can chat
there. Would you mind reverting the clang patch in the meantime? Naming
things is hard so I don't have a specific set of guidance there.
