Agreed on the default behavior change for sure. I think we can fix
DILocation forward for my API request, but I'm going to revert the Clang
patch for now since it changes defaults in a way that it's unclear we want.
I also talked to Reid offline about reverting.

Let's continue the discussion for sure though.
