[Documentation] Fix some tiny typos in the "Implementing a Language" tutorial

Hello,

First of all, sorry if this is not the right place/way to send a
documentation patch, I didn't find any other place to send it. This is just
a tiny diff to change references to "lets" to "let's" when necessary in the
"Implementing a Language with LLVM" tutorial.

Also, I would like to say a **big** thank you for the work that you are
doing on LLVM ; this is an amazing piece of software and the documentation
is ... whoah !
