[PATCH] D38516: Updated 'Getting Started' to use valid git links (added trailing slashes)

I never use these git mirrors. I just tried one of them and it redirected me to `https://git.llvm.org/git/llvm.git`. Maybe we just want to update the URLs to use https and point to the new location?
