[llvm] r310510 - [SimplifyCFG] remove checks for crasher test from r310481

FWIW, my local machine has:
$  clang -v
Apple LLVM version 8.1.0 (clang-802.0.42)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin16.7.0

But if we look at some of the bot fails, there doesn't seem to be a
connection to macOS. These failed *after* r310492 (so likely passed with
the earlier version of the test):
