Log:
[CodeGen] Use isLatestArrayKind().

Codegen with -polly-parallel queried the unmapped MemoryAccess, but only
the MemoryKind after mapping is relevant for codegen.

This should fix various fails of the
perf-x86_64-penryn-O3-polly-parallel-fast buildbot.
