buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x64-ninja-win7

Hello Denis,

Could you take a look at the windows7-buildbot buildslave, please? It might
have some critical updates pending, or intensive swapping once in a while,
or something.

There are 2 sequential builds of the same revision - one has failed with a
timeout on the check-all step, and the other succeeded with the check-all
step taking a normal for that builder ~ 11.5 minutes.
