Libc++ bot broken

Hi Mehdi,

One of your commits has broken our bot:

and the series of fixes don't seem to have made it all green:

I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but to make sure it's not a build
artifact, I just wiped the build dir and started a new build:

http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/libcxx-libcxxabi-libunwind-aarch64-linux/builds/428

If that build doesn't go green, then we should revert and try again.

If you don't have an aarch64 machine around, we can help you test it.
