The problem is in DAGCombiner::createBuildVecShuffle.
InVT2 is larger than InVT1, and the size of InVT1 is VT.getSizeInBits() *
2. Basically, it looks like we forgot to handle the case where InVT2 is
larger than InVT1. In this particular case we have:
  VT = MVT::v2f64
  InVT1 = MVT::v4f64
  InVT2 = MVT::v8f64

I managed to workaround this issue by applying the patch below. As you
know, this transform can run even if vector types are not legal. Therefore
the probability of having mismatching types for InVT2 and InVT1 is higher.
I still wonder if we should only enable this transform for the case were
all the involved vector types are legal. in this particular (randomly
generated) example, most of the node in the DAG will be be simplified
before we even run the type legalizer. So, the buildvetor-shuffle
canonicalization may be run prematurely in this particular case.
