[zorg] r281807 - [fuzzer bot] disable pdbdump and clang* fuzzers -- sadly noone is fixing them

Is there any way to silence/quick-hack (even if it's just "call llvm_fatal"
or the like) the existing issues (with bugs filed) so we can at least not
get worse? (ie: hold the water line, address regressions - and fix the
backlog as/when people see fit)
