Log:
[thinlto] Deleted unused test file

Summary:
This file should be referenced from
thinlto-function-summary-callgraph-pgo.ll file,
but someone forgot to use it there. Everything worked because
we store pgo data about callsite blocks, so there is no need to have
pgo count of @func.
