Hi Zachary,

Thank you very much!

I'm a little confused. ARMparseCPUArch is similar to AArch64parseCPUArch,
if this is broken on your machine that should be also.

I would like to know why this does but that doesn't. Could  you help me to
make a comparison on your local? As this problem does't

happen ethier on my local or on any buildbots.
