Could someone with commit access commit this patch, if there is no objection from reviewers?

This is a good feature to have in llvm/DSE; the reviewers' (mbodard, eeckstein, majnemer, bruno) comments and suggestions have been addressed; the run-time and compile-time performance of the patch on x86 (bruno) and arm/hexagon (ivanbaev) is reasonable.
