Use isl_schedule_node_band_tile instead of getPrevectorMap.

Hi Tobias,

I’ve attached a patch, which replaces getPrevectorMap with
isl_schedule_node_band_tile. (It is checked with 'make check-polly’
and 'make polly-check-format')

Is it fine for trunk?
